How can I ask help from the WeHelping volunteers?

Please register yourself as a WeHelping user and raise the help request by choosing the service type in which you need help along with your current location. While requesting the help from the WeHelping community you can make comments on your request. 

Do I need money to use the WeHelping application?

WeHelping application is completely free for both users and volunteers to use

How long do I have to wait for getting help from the community?

You need to wait for a maximum 2 minutes to get the help from the WeHelping community. As the time taken for getting the help depends on the volunteers around you or your area, it may decrease or may exceed the time limit (2 minutes). If your request exceeds 2 minutes then the help request will automatically be cancelled by the application itself. 

What will I do if my help request gets auto cancelled?

The request will be auto cancelled only when there is no response from the WeHelping volunteers. In that case you can make another request after some time to fulfill your need. If you need some emergency help, you may contact the WeHelping team directly if you didn’t get any response. 

How to register myself as a volunteer?

Install the WeHelping application from play store or app store and choose volunteer while registering with us where you can choose the service type and sub service type you are specialized in. You need to provide your photo Id proof to confirm that you are a true volunteer

How do I know my account is verified as a volunteer by the WeHelping team?

After your registration with us, we will proceed with the verification process to confirm that you are a person who specializes in the service type which you have registered with. After successful verification,we will inform you that you are in the WeHelping community as a volunteer. You may login with the credentials after the verification

Is there any not to disturb mode available in the application?

Yes, ofcourse we will only send the help request when you are in active status. We won’t disturb you when you are inactive in this community. You can make yourself active whenever you want.

How to make myself inactive as a volunteer for an hour?

If you are a volunteer in the WeHelping community, you can click the top right corner of the home page to make yourself inactive where you won’t get any  help  request notification from the users who are in the WeHelping community.

You can contact us through phone or email at any time.You will be responded within 8 hours from the email sent from you. Please check the contact details here.

How to delete my account?

Navigate to the Profile settings in the WeHelping application where you can find the button for deleting your account to come out of the WeHelping community if our services do not entertain you. 

How could I donate to the WeHelping community?

You can donate through our payment gateway or scanning the QR code from your UPI based application or direct bank transfer. Check the details here 

How to sponsor the person who is in need in the WeHelping community?

Submit the form with your details here . We will contact you back once we get the form.

How to know volunteer who helps a lot in the WeHelping community?

Navigate to the Top contributors page the WeHelping application where you can find the volunteer who serves a lot to the WeHelping community

What are the security measures taken in the WeHelping application?

We will connect the user and the volunteer by using the OTP after the request acceptance by the WeHelping volunteer. We make sure to protect your personal data as per the policy applied.
